Rhythm & Run 5K Pricing:
Early Registration $20 (until March 22)
Registration $25 (March 23 – May 17)
Race Day $30 (May 18)
(once we receive your registration all fees are non-refundable)

RUN KANNAPOLIS 5K SERIES:
The Rhythm & Run 5K is part of the Run Kannapolis 5K Series. Runners and walkers of all ages and abilities are invited to participate in a unique series featuring the best area 5K fun runs/walks held in the City of Kannapolis, NC. Runners/walkers are encouraged to participate in the entire series of races (8). Awards will be presented to anyone who finishes at least five events. For those who participate and finish all eight events, there will be special recognition.

T-SHIRTS:
Shirts will be guaranteed to 5K participants who pre-register before April 30, 2019 at 11:59pm .Remaining shirts and sizes will be available while supplies last.
PACKET PICKUP:
Thursday, May 16th 10am-4pm
Friday, May 17th 10am-4pm

(we will have remaining packets at race day reg for those who cannot make Thurs/Friday)
COURSE:
USATF certified course. Course will be manned with volunteers and Kannapolis Police for your safety and water stations will be available along the way.

1st, 2nd, and 3rd place male and female in each age division will receive MEDALS:
