5K Pricing:
Early Registration $25 (until February 28th)
Registration $30 (March 1st – March 31st)

(once we receive your registration all fees are non-refundable)

RUN KANNAPOLIS 5K SERIES:
The Rhythm & Run 5K is part of the Run Kannapolis 5K Series. Runners and walkers of all ages and abilities are invited to participate in a unique series featuring the best area 5K fun runs/walks held in the City of Kannapolis, NC. Runners/walkers are encouraged to participate in the entire series of races (8). Awards will be presented to anyone who finishes at least five events. For those who participate and finish all eight events, there will be special recognition. For more about the series: RunKannapolis.com
T-SHIRTS:
Shirts will be guaranteed to 5K participants who pre-register before March 19th, 2023 at 11:59pm. Remaining shirts and sizes will be available while supplies last.

Thursday – March 30th @10-6pm
Friday – March 31st @10-4pm
(we will have remaining packets at race day registration for those who cannot make Thursday/Friday. We suggest trying to make arrangements to attend packet pick up days to answer any questions and to make the day of the race much easier.)
COURSE:
3.1 mile USATF certified course. Course will be manned with volunteers and Kannapolis Police for your safety and water stations will be available along the way.

Walkers and beginners are welcome
