Rhythm & Run 5K Course Map
The Rhythm & Run 5K course is a USATF certified route. The 2023 course, as always, will be manned with volunteers and Kannapolis Police for your safety and water stations will be available along the course. The start/finish line is on West A Street in Kannapolis.
