Kannapolis – The North Carolina Music Hall of Fame has announced the names of this year’s inductees. The ceremony will take place Thursday, October 17.
PERFORMING ARTISTS:

Grady Tate, Jazz Drummer/Performer, (Drummer on the “Tonight Show with Johnny Carson”), Durham, NC

John P. Kee, Gospel Recording Artist, (New Life Community Choir) Durham, NC
Willie Weeks, Musician, (Bass guitarist for Eric Clapton), Salemburg, NC

The induction ceremony will take place Thursday, October 17th at historic Gem Theater in Kannapolis. The evening will include a reception, the induction ceremony and a variety of entertainment. Advance sale tickets and reservations are available at the museum at 109 West A Street, Kannapolis.
