    COVID-19 WAIVER

As always, we are taking safety at our event seriously. After careful consideration and following guidance from the CDC, we have implemented the following measures to promote the health and wellbeing of attendees and staff:

    New policies and procedures
    - Limited capacity for the event will ensure that all guests can be safely distanced from each other. Exceptions will be made for inductees and their families, allowing families to sit together (distanced from other groups). All guests will be encouraged to wear a mask indoors.
    How these were determined:
    - Following guidance from the CDC, NC’s Department of Health and Human Services, and the Cabarrus Health Alliance, we have determined this new policy to be the best course of action to slow the spread of the virus and need your help reminding people to maintain distancing and mask protocols.

As the situation evolves, so will our approach to keeping you safe. We thank you for your patience and flexibility as we manage this event.

By volunteering at the event, I agree to and release the NC Music Hall of Fame Inc., Curb Records, Curb|Word Entertainment, Mike Curb Foundation, Curb Motorsports, any and all sponsors, venues, employees, agents, or otherwise from all liability for the unintentional exposure to COVID-19 and/or any other illness and/or injury. The NCMHOF will follow local guidance laws and restrictions.

Important notice regarding COVID-19: Please note any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19, and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed while in attendance at the event. Eventbrite or the above entities are not responsible for the health and safety of this event.

BY CHECKING THE "I AGREE" BOX BELOW THIS WAIVER, I ACKNOWLEDGE HAVING READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO THE ABOVE WAIVER, RELEASE AND INDEMNITY.
