North Carolina Music Hall of Fame inductions take place annually to honor music legends with roots in North Carolina. The ceremony is open to the public for a night filled with music, celebration, and nostalgia. The 2026 class to be honored during the annual induction ceremony on October 15th at the Charles Mack Citizen Center are:

The N.C. Music Hall of Fame annual induction ceremony is a commemorative occasion where music industry professionals who have made a significant impact on American Music are introduced as new members of our Hall of Fame. The ceremony will feature each inductees acceptance of their induction, video presentations, and live performances.
TICKETS:
Tickets are $80 each. For 2026, each ticket includes seating for the induction ceremony and access to the VIP welcome reception.

What is an induction ceremony?
The annual Induction Ceremony is a commemorative event where music industry professionals who have made a significant impact on American Music are officially introduced as new members of our state’s Hall of Fame. Ceremony includes inductee acceptances, rich histories, and exciting live performances.
Will there be a meet & greet with inductees?
Although inductees will be present, there are currently no formal meet & greets scheduled at this time with the public.
What is the dress code?
Black tie optional.
What can I bring or not bring to the event?
You should only bring yourself, ready to have a great time!
NO smoking at the venue.
NO outside food or beverages are allowed.
NO pets except service animals.
NO large bags.
We have the right to search bags at our discretion upon entry.
Where can I park?
Ample parking is located at the Charles Mack Citizen Center + adjacent to the entrances.
Will there be performances at the event?
Yes! This year, we will have special live performances. Full list tba.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You MUST show your tickets at the door. All tickets will be scanned at the door. You may bring your printed ticket OR show your digital ticket on your device.
What time do I arrive?
Check-in Opens – 5:00pm
Reception Doors – 5:30pm
Ceremony Doors – 6:30pm
Is there an age limit to enter the event?
The annual inductions are an educational, entertaining, and historical event that no one will want to miss! All ages are welcome. Please use your own discretion as artists present their original material.
Is there a VIP event for the public to attend?
Yes, for 2026, all ticket holders may enjoy our ‘VIP Welcome Reception’ prior to the ceremony.
Is seating reserved?
For 2026, seating is reserved for Hall of Fame guests only. Tickets purchased by the public are not reserved.

What is your refund policy?
Sorry, all tickets are nonrefundable. There are no exceptions for refunds. There are no rain dates for this event nor any substitutes for tickets. If for any reason the induction ceremony event is cancelled or if the inductees are not in attendance, there will be no refunds.
