On Thursday October 15, 2015, the NC Music Hall of Fame’s 2015 Induction Ceremony will be held at the historic Gem Theatre, 111 West 1st Street, Kannapolis, NC, at 7:15 PM. A VIP Cocktail Reception to “Meet & Greet” the inductees will be at Restaurant Forty Six, next door to the Gem Theatre, from 6:00 PM until 7:00PM. Following the VIP Reception, the guests and inductees will move next door, on the red carpet, to the Gem Theatre for the Induction Program.
ABOUT THE INDUCTIONS:
Inductions at the North Carolina Music Hall of Fame are held annually to honor and commemorate those who have made significant contributions to American music. The Induction Ceremony will be a historical, entertaining, and educational evening honoring some of North Carolina’s most outstanding music makers (entertainment provided by NC Music Hall of Fame inductees.)Tickets for this year’s event are also available for purchase at the NC Music Hall of Fame Museum.
VIP TICKET HOLDERS:
There will be a VIP Cocktail Reception to “Meet & Greet” the inductees at the fashionable Restaurant Forty Six, which is next door to the Gem Theatre, from 6:00pm until 7:00PM. Following the VIP Reception, the guests and inductees will walk the red carpet to the Gem Theatre for the Induction Program. Please have your tickets available at the entrance. Theater Doors open 6:30PM induction show begins at 7:15pm.
GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET HOLDERS:
Please have your tickets available for entrance AND re-entry. Concessions will be available. Theatre doors open at 6:30pm induction show begins 7:15pm.

FAQ’s
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You MUST show your ticket at the door! All tickets will be scanned at the door. You may bring your printed ticket OR show your digital ticket on your smartphone.
Is there an age limit to enter the event?
No. Our annual induction event welcomes all ages. This is a very educational, entertaining and historical event that no one will want to miss!
Are group discounts available?
Yes! We will offer a discounted ticket rate to students, churches, or civic groups of 20 or more….just give us a call to inquire.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Parking is available downtown Kannapolis, at the N.C. Research Campus, and campus parking garage. Also, the Kannapolis Amtrak Station is within 1 block – how convenient.
What should I wear?
VIP dress code is a required Semi-Formal MINIMUM. That means semi-formal is the minimum but you can dress as formal as you like! No required dress code for general admission.
What can/can’t I bring to the event?
No outside food or beverages please. Concessions will be available for purchase at the theatre.
